Byung-gyu Kim

Byung-gyu joined IPM in 2022 and his main responsibility includes financial model analysis, business feasibility analysis of investment target assets, and other overall business activities related to investment and operation of real estate funds.

Prior to joining IPM, Byung-gyu was in charge of fund execution and business management at the strategic business headquarters of Mugunghwa Trust. Byung-gyu also participated in the redevelopment project at KT Estate as a researcher.

Byung-gyu holds a master’s degree in real estate finance investment from Konkuk University. He also holds a certificate of investment asset management.
